Chad Hillman started with Blazer Building in 1999 and has broad based experience in all phases of multifamily construction process. Mr. Hillman has served as general superintendent and has overseen the construction of nearly 7,000 units through Houston and Central Texas.

Mr. Hillman oversees all of Blazer’s field construction activities and staffs our projects with clerks, superintendents, and assistant superintendents. Mr. Hillman also establishes project delivery schedules from dirt work to completion and has successfully brought numerous projects in under budget and ahead of schedule.
